Camp Walden 2026 is a six-week summer program in June and July hosted by Walden School in St. Matthews, Kentucky.

This year, over 90 camp sessions will be offered to PreK-12th Grade students, ranging from art, crafts, basketball, baking, and science. We look forward to joining you on your summer adventure!

Ready to get slimy? Campers will transform into chemists as they create and explore the science of different types of slime!

 

Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure where aspiring young chefs can unleash their creativity and master baking and cooking.

 

Unleash your inner rock star and learn basic to intermediate guitar skills in one of our rocking music camps!

 

Welcome to Pokémon Trainers Camp, where you will be fully immersed in the imaginative and electrifying world of Pokémon!

 

Get ready for a magical week filled with Disney-inspired activities, crafts, snacks, and catchy sing-alongs!

 

Connect with nature through service learning! Collaborate beautifying the campus and learn about plant and landscape design.

 

Do you have what it takes to survive the wild? Build shelters, start and maintain campfires, and learn hands-on survival skills.

Get ready for a week full of excitement in these mystery and spy camps! Each day holds a new surprise activity or adventure—what will it be?

 

Learn how to craft captivating characters, design dynamic plots, and combine words with art to create your very own stories.

 

In this camp, you'll learn woodworking basics, including tool safety, measuring, cutting, and project assembly.

 

Blast off into science as you explore the physics of model rockets to design and build your own custom creations!

 

Water Sports Camp is a splash-filled adventure where kids splash and play while learning new water skills.

 

Students will search for resources, build their own base camp, build their own armor, + more. No Minecraft XP needed!

Practice mindfulness, and improve physical and emotional well-being with this creative yoga session - like yoga with real tortoises!

 

Get ready for a creative adventure! We’re rolling out four art sessions for campers of all ages, from Preschool to High School.

 

Unleash your creativity at Camp Walden! Join us in making fun things such as jewelry, paper crafts, painting, and enjoy outdoor playtime.

 

For preschoolers and young learners, Kinder Camp is a fun session on early literacy and sensory development.

 

Sessions will cover introduction to passing, serving, setting, blocking techniques, defense, and mixed in with some volleyball game play!

 

Take to the stage in one of three awesome performing arts camps! Sessions available for Grades K-8th Grade.

 

Calling all Swifties! Join us for a summer camp experience full of fun activities inspired by different Taylor eras.

 

Experience the unique magic of Baxter’s Corner Kids’ Camp that combines reading, writing, crafting, singing, and skits.

 

The week kicks off with an Opening Ceremony and each day focuses on a new athletic pillar: speed, accuracy, and strategy.

 

In a world where digital communication is everywhere, fast and accurate typing is a superpower!

They should challenge and engage your child both creatively and academically. Camp Walden provides the total package in an exciting, six-week program packed with sessions ranging from athletics, arts and crafts, STEAM activities, cooking, and more!
